The goal of our organization is simple: nurture and enhance the community where we live.  Our team is dedicated to creating change in many different parts of the surrounding community in the hopes that we can improve lives, one person at a time. Once those lives are changed, they can go on to impact their communities and the wider society.

There is a saying which goes, if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go with others. That is why at SHAWN we believe in the power of networking. We have women who have scaled the heights of their careers and are willing to help others on their journeys too.
